- GRn does all of those, except next to last (and yes, it's reference
- threading only works with locally stored news). I'm not aware of any
- mechanism that's part of NNTP to find the "size" of the article prior
- to it's transfer.

- GRn 3.0 is much faster and easier to use than 2.1a and before.
